All courses at the IT-University are evaluated by the students by means of our online evaluating system.
The evaluation takes place from Monday xx of April till Sunday xx of April


Please note that the exams team will contact you per email about exams. The e-mail will be send to the Course Manager’s ITU email address.

Ordinary Exam Periods

  • Autumn courses have winter exams in December and January
  • Spring courses have summer exams in May and June

Re-exam Periods

  • Autumn Courses have re-examinations in February and March
  • Spring Courses have re-examination in July and August

The re-examination date for the individual course will be planned.

Please be prepared to arrange re-examinations for students who did not pass the exam, were absent or failed their mandatory activities.
Students who fail their mandatory activities must be given a chance to pass these before the re-exam. Read about mandatory activities here.

You will be contacted by Student Affairs and Programmes if there is re-examination in the course(s) you are responsible for.

Deadlines for assessment
  • Written exams (A) and exams without an oral presentation (C):No later than 4 weeks after the written work was submitted or after the day of the written exam.
  • Oral exams: Immediately after the last exam.
